Re-Entry: Re-entry is not permitted for any concert or event at Festival Pier.

Bag Check: All patrons are subject to bag search prior to entry at Festival Pier.

Can I take pictures or get video? Please do! #1045BlockParty - See camera policy below.

Camera Policy: Pictures are okay with camera phones and basic cameras, but no video will be permitted. Venue policy is that there are no professional cameras permitted inside Festival Pier. A professional camera is defined as a camera with a removable lens.

Can I bring in a chair? You are permitted to bring in one (1) low-back folding chair into Festival Pier.

Are Pets Allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property or in the concert venue, except for service animals.

Children: All children, ages 2 and over are required to have a ticket for the event.

Can I bring in food and beverage/coolers? Guests are permitted to bring in 1 (one) bottle of water no larger than 1 liter. Additional outside food and beverage are not permitted inside Festival Pier. Festival Pier offers a wide variety of food and beverage for purchase during concert events.

Can I bring an umbrella? Small, personal-sized umbrellas are permitted in the venue.

Are events rain or shine? All events at Festival Pier are rain or shine unless otherwise indicated.

Will Call: Festival Pier Will Call is located at the main entrance of the venue. Photo ID and credit card used to purchase event tickets must be presented in order to receive event tickets.

ATMs: There are several ATMs located inside Festival Pier. Please note that most vendors accept debit and credit cards for purchases.

Parking: There are several parking lots adjacent to Festival Pier available for a fee. There is also limited, metered street parking on Columbus Boulevard / Delaware Avenue.

Accessibility: Festival Pier is accessible. For better viewing, guests may visit the VIP tent.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted inside Festival Pier at designated smoking sections.

Restrooms: Restrooms are available inside Festival Pier. They are located on the North side of the venue adjacent to the VIP tent.

Lost & Found: Lost & Found is located at the Guest Services office located near the main entrance of Festival Pier.

Public Transportation? There are several ways, but the fastest and easiest is to take the Market-Frankford Line subway to 2nd & Market or Spring Garden. This will put you about a block or so from Penn's Landing. The subway fare was $2.25 each way last time we checked. It's about a 10 minute ride.

From all points west: Take the (Market-Frankford Line) Subway to 2nd & Market or Spring Garden

From all points south: Take the Broad Street Subway to the MFL
