'Fatalities' in London vehicle and stabbing incident on London Bridge

A story is developing in London after a vehicle began hitting pedestrians on London Bridge. According to the BBC, a white van veered off the road and struck as many as six people, with at least 1 person dead. BBC reporter Holly Jones was on the bridge at the time of the incident, and said the van was driven by a man  "probably travelling at about 50 miles an hour...He swerved right round me and then hit about five or six people. He hit about two people in front of me and then three behind," 

Additionally, there were reports of a second incident at Borough Market on the bank of the Thames where three men reportedly ran towards the market stabbing people - including a young girl. Additionally, police say they are attending to a third incident in the Vauxhall area.
