Actor David Harbour, who plays police chief Jim Hopper on Netflix's "Stranger Things" was in Philly today visiting and making an appearance at Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest today. While hanging in Philly, Harbour headed over to Citizens Bank Park to get some batting practice and throws in ahead of tonight's Phillies game where he threw out the first pitch. The third season of Stranger Things premieres on July 4. America.
