Have you driven in Philly recently? R.I.P. to your tires...seriously. The potholes are OUTRAGEOUS and a lot of them still haven't been fixed. The Philadelphia Inquirer put together a list of the Top 10 Most Pothole-Riddled Streets in Philly. So check them some of them out below and try to avoid them...or at least give yourself a realistic expectation if you just so happen to have to drive on any of these streets.
