Not too long ago last summer, The Biebs (Justin Bieber) was seen wearing rock/metal/grunge band t-shirts all around town.
One of the shirts he was famously wearing was a Marilyn Manson style concert tee. Not only that, but he was SELLING re-purposed Marilyn Manson t-shirts w/ HIS NAME ON THEM (sound familiar? ::coughcough Jenner sisters::).
The reused Manson tee reportedly featured the added phrase, "Bigger Than Satan... Bieber," and sold for $195 at Barneys.
Bieb's peeps claims they got the go-ahead from Manson's clan to reinterpret the tee in this manner. But Manson himself has a different take, and he says Bieber used some haughty language when the two first discussed the shirt.
"He was [already] wearing the shirt that had his name on my shirt, and he said to me, 'I made you relevant again,'" Manson recalls. "Bad mistake to say to me. ... He was a real piece of shit in the way he had the arrogance to say that."
Manson adds that Bieber contended the whole T-shirt collab "was his idea," and that the next day, "I told him I'd be at his soundcheck at Staples Center to do 'Beautiful People.'" Manson seemingly never intended to show up to the soundcheck but Bieber "believed that I'd show up because he was that stupid."
Manson must Know Where Biebs Fucking Lives, because he "took all the proceeds from those shirts from him," claiming that Bieber's people had no problem with coughing up the cash. "They didn't even fight, they were just like, "Yea[h], we already know, we did wrong, so here's the money."
