Back in September, CHVRCHES teased that this would be coming soon (and they've been at the top of my Twitter stalk list ever since): "This summer, we spent a day in Hansa Studios in Berlin channeling the spirits of Bowie/Depeche Mode/Iggy pop and recording alternative versions of some tracks from Love Is Dead.
This morning we learned we'll get to hear those alternate versions THIS WEEK - the Hansa Session EP will be out on Friday (11/16).
The band tweeted:
"So excited to finally get to share this with you The Hansa Session EP, featuring reworked stripped back versions of tracks from Love Is Dead, is out digitally this Friday. Limited edition 10" vinyl out December 9."
