AS the coronavirus pandemic continues in the NBA, it now hits way too close to home.
In a statement on Thursday (3/19), the 76ers said:
"In consultation with medical experts and the NBA, received the recommendation that certain individuals from the organization, including players, coaches and specific basketball operations support staff, be tested for COVID-19."
No word on who the employees are, or if they are players on the team.
The Sixers say the 3 people who tested positive are practicing self-isolation and will work with experts to get better.
