The House Where Kurt Cobain Died Is For Sale Again

MTV Unplugged: Nirvana

Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love's former Seattle home is back on the market with a $7.5 million price tag.

The couple bought the home together in 1994. Later that same year, Cobain's body was found in the upper level of the home's garage where he committed suicide. Love had the structure demolished before selling the house in 1997.

A real estate listing described the 117-year-old house as "a perfectly maintained home of extraordinary presence situated upon a beautiful, park-like lot."

The property's current residents have lived at the home since 2000. The home is four bedrooms with four full bathrooms and a total of 8,212-square feet.

The agency has understandably not listed the precise address of the home; nevertheless, the web listing has been viewed nearly 30,000 times as of this article.
