We know the Foo Fighters have plans to celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut album soon, but did you also know a brand new album is in the works??
Yup, drummer Taylor Hawkins recently revealed that the follow up to 2017's "Concrete And Gold" is in the works, and that the hope is we get it in 2020!
In a new interview with RockSound.tv (video below), he said:
“Well, from what I’ve heard from our fearless leader Dave Grohl, he has a lot of demos that he’s worked on and I think we’ll start, once this tour is over… I think not too soon after that we’ll start the process of putting the songs together as a band. It’s a long process, we do a lot of demoing and stuff, but I think that we’ll have, I’m hoping, I think we’ll have a new record by next year. We should.”
Great news, right?? I hope this is the case, and can't wait to see what they do next!
