Judah & The Lion Backstage Interview

Judah & The Lion join Mike Jones backstage before performing at ourRadio 104.5 11th Birthday Celebration Night 2!

The band reminisces about their first time performing in Philadelphia in Spring, 2014. They played at World Cafe, opening for Andrew Ripp but later returned and headlined the venue. The joke about their experience performing at the 'dinner' type setting and disrupting people's meals. 

Judah teases that his Carson Wentz jersey may make an appearance tonight chanting 'E-A-G-L-E-S!' and the band exclusively share that they might incorporate baseball jerseys and other sports apparel into their next record cycle theme. 

The band will be returning to their studio in Nashville, Tennesse for July and August following a few more show dates and exclusively share details on upcoming music: "We're just enjoying being home in Nashville and recording and we'll be a couple more weeks in the studio July and August and just spending time making the songs as best as they can be and we're super excited to share them with you hopefully soon." Mike asks, "Maybe before the year's over?" To which the band replies, "We'll see." and "We're gonna have some new music for ya." 

Judah & The Lion are still working on the sound of their music and constantly trying to discover their sound. Being in their mid-twenties, their facing self discovery and what it means to make music and be an artist. Judah hopes to get the band closer and closer to who they are and who Judah & The Lion is as a band. Developing and changing their sound as they change and go through life is important to the band but they hope to continue to inspire people with their music.
